Campfire

Tonight,, I had an exciting day . We had our camp fire. I remember the last time I went to Nan Chiau Primary School, there was a similar camp fire to the one we just had. During the campfire, one of the instructors invited us totold if who dance , everyone shouted my name loudly . I was so nervous that I wanted to faint. When I got to the stage , I felt very nervous out there . When the Instructor put the blindfold , it looked dark . When the music started , I took a deep breath and started to dance. When the music ended, I was named the dancing queen by the instructors.

Behind the Scenes - Animal Hospital

Today in the afternoon, I went to the Animal Hospital. Something funny I noticed was that a dead deer was lying lifelessly on the floor with it's tongue sticking out. out its tongue from it's mouth. On our way out back to our campsite, we saw some fruit bats hanging themselves on the roof. One of the females bats was hugging it's two babies tightly. It was interesting to be at Behind the Scene-Tour.I hope to have another chance to stay over night at the zoo again.

Behind the scenes- Reptile Garden

Today afternoon, I went to the Reptile Garden to learn more about reptiles. I saw many different things like the skin of a snake, the shell of a tortoise and a Green Iguana. I was also given the opportunity to touch a live snake. I felt quite scared to touch it but I found the courage and touched the snake. It was actually my first time touching a snake but at least I got to feel it for the first and probably my last time. I felt excited that I got to go Behind the Scenes. I hope that I could go there again.

River Crossing at the zoo

Today was the first day of P4 camp. The First activity that we did was the River Crossing. From this activity, We've learnt more about teamwork. The game consists of a 'raft' and a rope.We would have to pull the rope in order to move the raft but only 4 students or adults can board the raft every time.Poko(our instructor) challenged us to achieve the objectives of getting all of our team members within 30 minutes to the other side.We felt so happy and proud when we were able to bring everybody to the other side within 31 minutes. We've learnt that in order to achieve our goals, teamwork must be present. We must also let other team members give their opinions or thoughts.
